My heart is heavy and sad today, but it is also grateful. Grateful for quiet and peaceful exits of spirit, for the camaraderie of friends, for the love of kindred souls near and far, and for the healing magic of the natural world.
How lucky we are to have such wise and compassionate angels watching over us.

I love that quote. I used it when saying good bye to my old school, my teacher friends and families as I moved on at the end of the 2017 school year. Hold fast to the memories, we are fortunate to have them.
