Wanna know how to exit a long and spinny daily cycle of thoughts, expectations, and deadlines?

Take (or teach!) a yin yoga class.

I just subbed a hot yin class after school and I gotta tell ya – it’s a really great reset.

Giving yourself one hour – just 60 little minutes – to relax, to breathe, and to stretch makes a world of difference.

Oooh! Bonus tip!

If you happen to have a nearby studio that is heated by infrared lights, then you’re extra psyched on this choice. There’s just something about that different heat source that burns all the ick away.
