If you happen to have a nearby studio that is heated by infrared lights, then you’re extra psyched on this choice. There’s just something about that different heat source that burns all the ick away.

Hot yoga is worth a try! (It took me seven years of “trial classes” before the heat actually stuck… 🤦🏻♀️)
