What to write, what to write?
I could tell you about how delightful it was to have a two hour delayed start at school this morning.
I could tell you how beautiful it was up on the mesa with new snow.
I could tell you how my teaching partner and I were a whole hour off on when to send the kids to recess.
I could tell you about the deeper conversation we had with all first and second graders about what to do if/when you’re jealous of your friend.
I could tell you about all of those things.
But I just got out of a fascial repatterning massage and I am relaxed and reset and we’re gonna go snuggle up with the floofy pooch and start a movie… so I won’t. 😉
See ya tomorrow!

I like this structure! “I could tell you about …. but I won’t.” What a fun way to weave together many mini-stories to describe a day. Snuggling with your pooch and watching a movie sounds like the perfect end to the day!

Thanks! I find myself returning to this structure when my mind is bouncing around too much to settle on one topic for more than a sentence or two. 😉
