The dancing rainbows are showering my walls in the mornings when the sun hits my prisms hanging in the windows.
The birds are chirping in the tall evergreen outside my bedroom.
The bike path is fully dry and clear.
The skiing is crappy before noon.
The windows are all open.
The white winter knees are starting to show themselves on sunny afternoon strolls.
It’s going to be 70° next week but it’s still only the beginning of March.
Everything feels like it’s at least a month ahead of schedule – but it’s happening.
The seasons are a’changing.
I wish we had more cold snowy days AND it feels nice to have the sun on my skin.
I wish for more moisture for our terribly parched rivers and valleys AND the after school bike rides keep me going right now.
I really hope we have a wet and long spring ahead of us.
🌱🌧️🌸
See ya tomorrow!
You paint a sunny scene with your details! In NoVa we got high temps and sun yesterday and then snow midday today. Spring sure can be wacky.

This is delightful, and I want so badly to open our windows – but hence, the pollen! Love your post!
