It seems I’m a little late to the Top Threes this year but here’s my addition to the collection…
As of right now, this very moment, on this very day (subject to change at any time or for any reason), here are my top three _______s:
Times to eat rice pudding: For breakfast, for second breakfast, and for dessert.
Songs to sing along to when I’m driving: AC/DC Bag (Phish), Numb Little Bug (Em Beihold), and the acoustic version of Africa (Tyler Ward & Lisa Cimorelli.
Coffee mugs: The sunset one that has “this is the place” hidden on the inside, the orange and purple one with the fidget spinner on the handle, and the small blue/green one from the Waitsfield farmers’ market.
Books to read out loud to kids: Pssshhhttttt. Who am I kidding. There’s a kazillion. Nope. Skipping this one.
Laughs: Fully surprised bark guffaw, secret snicker when you know what’s gonna happen next but nobody else does, and silent wheeze when you’re laughing too hard for the sounds to make it out.
Months: July, January, and March.
Couch blankets: The fluffy and super soft dark blue one, the heavier quilt I found forever ago at the thrift store, and the alpaca stripy one I brought back from Ecuador.
Water bottles: My rhinestone one, my naughty sticker one, and my big orange one pasted all over with the school-appropriate book stickers.
Essential oil smells from the diffuser: Lavender, anything related to spruce or pine, and mugwort.
Pairs of socks: My chicken leg socks, any pair from Blue Q, and my matching socks with my cousin that were a gift from my aunt.
Writing and Laughing 
I love the “laughs” – a great category to add to ten top lists. Your “times to eat rice pudding” made me chuckle.
