I’m heading into a yoga class as a student. This may not sound like a very big deal, but believe me – I’ve missed this. Because of the nasty germs that caught me, I haven’t been able to move and breathe the way that I want to since the beginning of February.
Humans are amazing in their capacity to deal – to manage. I’ve made it through the past handful of weeks, but not as my whole self. I’ve existed but I can’t say that I’ve thrived. I’ve met expectations at both of my jobs and I’ve maintained my existence, but I certainly haven’t been infusing myself with joy throughout this time.
I know it’ll take more time to regain my former levels of stamina, but I feel like I’m finally on that road. I can ski for more than half a day at a time. I can sleep and breathe through my nose at the same time. And now, as I’m walking into a yoga class, I can start to grasp at shades of my former routine.
Finally.
Good luck as you gain more energy to do the things you love!

Im glad you are feeling better! I loved your snippets interspersed with poetry – very cool! Yoga will be one of your best remedies, as you probably already know. Peace my friend. Namaste!
